MEMBERSHIP

At CMA, memberships are offered to eminent ADR professionals, Arbitrators, Mediators and ADR users such as Business Groups, Corporate Houses, NGO’s including trade and investment associations.

TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS OFFERED AT CMA

Individual Life/Annual Membership :

Any person who is qualified and certified arbitrator, mediator and/or ADR neutral upon application subject to the approval of executive committee shall be admitted to the Life/Annual membership upon payment of the requisite subscription fees;

Associate Life /Annual Membership :

Any Organisation/ Institution/ Firm/ Association/Company/ Undertaking and others upon application subject to the approval of the Executive committee shall be admitted to the associate Life/Annual membership of the society upon payment of the requisite subscription fees;

The associate membership shall include and cover up-to 4 nominated representative of the same organisation for the purpose of an event;

Patron/Honorary Membership :

Any person shall be offered the Patron/Honorary membership, who is outstanding in his/her own field, professionally certified and qualified ADR neutrals who have been acclaimed for their contribution in the field of Alternate Dispute Resolution nationally and/or internationally subject to the approval and consensus by executive committee.

SUBSCRIPTION FOR MEMBERSHIP

The membership fee covers period from January to December. Except Life members, others have to pay proportionate fee for fraction of the calendar period as applicable, subject to minimum six (6) months period.

PARTNERSHIP

CMA will guide and assist its partner organisations to develop an in-house “Conflict Management Cell” in corporate houses, business/trade associations in order to maintain cordial and healthy business environment between the industry members and/or between customers/dealers etc.
